Notwithstanding any other provision of this part, 'final compensation,' for the purposes of determining any benefits payable under this part for coverage under the Second Tier, shall not be reduced by any fraction or amount for any member included in the federal system.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
