20890. Past local miscellaneous service shall be converted to local safety service if the past service:(a) Was rendered by a current employee of the same agency for which the miscellaneous service was performed; and(b) Was rendered in a position that has subsequently been reclassified as a local safety position; and(c) Is credited to an employee who has other local safety service credit for service performed with the agency.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
