20907. Any funds transferred to this system on account of liability for additional service credit granted pursuant to Sections 20901, 20902, 20904, or former Section 20822, as added by Chapter 450 of the Statutes of 1992, shall be paid over a time period acceptable to the employer and the board, but in no case shall that period exceed five years.(Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 519, Sec. 16.
