20932. Credit for prior service shall also be granted to each state member who became a member while employed on a part-time basis, as a result of amendments of the laws governing this system, or who became a member prior to those amendments, because of a change in status to a full-time basis.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
