21117.5. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person who is solely a National Guard member shall not be partially retired for service, nor shall service with the California National Guard be used to qualify for benefits as described in Section 21117.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 355, Sec. 25.
