The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board shall have continuing jurisdiction over its determinations made under Section 21166 and may at any time within five years of the date of injury, upon notice and after an opportunity to be heard is given to the parties in interest, rescind, alter, or amend the determination, good cause appearing therefor.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
