§ 21191

Subject to Sections 21197 and 21201, notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a person who has been retired under this system for industrial disability shall be reinstated from retirement pursuant to this article, upon his or her application to the board, if, upon reinstatement, he or she will be employed by the state or any contracting agency as a state or local miscellaneous member.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
