21358. Notwithstanding Section 21357, the retirement allowance of a state member, other than a university member, payable upon retirement within one year of reinstatement from an earlier retirement of six months or less and based on service prior to reinstatement shall not include any allowance based on service credited under Section 20963.This section shall not apply to school members.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 906, Sec. 162.
