21362.3. (a) Notwithstanding subdivision (b) of Section 21362.2, for the California Highway Patrol Commissioner, with respect to service to all state employers under Section 21362.2, the benefit may not exceed 100 percent of final compensation.(b) This section shall become inoperative on January 1, 2008, unless a later enacted statute deletes or extends that date.(Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 62, Sec. 137.
