21364. A contracting agency may elect to be subject to Section 21362, 21362.2, or 21363.1 with respect to only those local safety members who are local police officers, those who are local firefighters, and those who are local safety members as defined in Section 20421 as local safety members.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 21, Sec. 23.
