21404. Upon retirement for disability, a local miscellaneous member who is not subject to Section 21427 and who has attained the minimum age at which he or she may retire for service without an actuarial discount because of age, shall receive his or her service retirement allowance.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1002, Sec. 6.
