The disability retirement allowance for a patrol, state safety, state peace officer/firefighter, state industrial, or local safety member retired because of industrial disability shall be derived from his or her accumulated normal contributions and the contributions of his or her employer.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
