In no event shall the disability retirement pension under Sections 21422 and 21423 be more than sufficient to make the disability retirement allowance, exclusive of any annuity provided by accumulated additional contributions, exceed the service retirement allowance, exclusive of any annuity purchased by accumulated additional contributions, receivable by the member should he or she retire at age 60.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
