This system shall provide to any member who retires on or after January 1, 2018, and requests materials relating to retirement, a written explanation of the effects, if any, of each possible decision relating to the selection of optional settlements, beneficiaries, and survivor benefits upon health benefits that are provided pursuant to Part 5 (commencing with Section 22750).(Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 199, Sec. 22.
