As used in this part, 'complementary health premium' means the additional premium paid by retired members whose health insurance premiums are paid under Section 21264 and whose allowances fall below the premium required to continue the health benefit plan coverage provided by their employers.(Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 328, Sec. 18.
