20126. Refusal by this system to admit liability pursuant to any provision of this part shall not be considered arbitrary or capricious action or conduct within the meaning of Section 800, or any other provision of law.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
