20128. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board may require a member or beneficiary to provide information it deems necessary to determine this system’s liability with respect to, and an individual’s entitlement to, benefits prescribed by this part.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
