20380.5. 'National Guard member' means a person who elects to become a member of this system as described in Section 20326. Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of this part applicable to state miscellaneous members shall apply to National Guard members.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 355, Sec. 12.
