20473. Investigations and valuations necessary to adjust the agency’s contributions on account of changed benefits or conditions of retirement shall be made in the manner prescribed for valuations and investigations to determine the approximate and actual contributions. Amendments in the contract necessary because of those valuations and investigations shall be approved in the manner prescribed for the approval of the contracts, except that an election among employees is not required.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
