The normal rate of contribution for a local member who was a member of a local system at the time it was discontinued by inclusion of members of the local system in this system shall, if the contract so provides, be based on age at entry of the member into the local system.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
