Contract amendments, and that portion of a contract which subjected an employer to former Section 20614, as it read prior to its repeal by Chapter 1168 of the Statutes of 1980, may be revoked prospectively in the manner provided for the approval of contracts, including an election among employees affected.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
