Any state fund out of which payments are made under this chapter may be reimbursed to the extent of the payments by transfer of a sufficient sum from other funds under the control of the same disbursing officer. The disbursing officer shall certify to the Controller the amounts to be transferred, the funds from and to which the transfer is to be made, and the Controller shall make the transfer as directed in the certificate.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
