Notwithstanding any other provision of law, neither the state, any school employer, nor any contracting agency shall fail or refuse to pay the employers’ contribution required by this chapter or to pay the employers’ contributions required by this chapter within the applicable time limitations.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2.
