Any school employer that fails or refuses to report an employee’s compensation earnable required by this chapter within the applicable time limitations shall be required to pay administrative costs of five hundred dollars ($500) per member as a reimbursement to this system’s current year budget.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1030, Sec. 6.
