20833. Contributions of the state with respect to state miscellaneous members shall be held exclusively for the benefit of state miscellaneous members, retired employees who were state miscellaneous members and beneficiaries of those members and retired employees.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 906, Sec. 103.
