22015. 'Member,' with respect to any retirement system, for the purposes provided in Section 218 (d)(6)(E) of the Social Security Act, shall include in addition to a member of the system any nonmember in a position in which he may elect membership.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 662.)
