The division shall be conducted in accordance with Section 218(d)(7) of the Social Security Act and applicable federal and board rules and regulations by the person or body designated under Article 2, Chapter 2 of this part to conduct a referendum in the system to be divided.(Amended by Stats. 1959, Ch. 777.)
