22750. This part may be cited as the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act. As used in any contract or statute, the term 'Meyers-Geddes State Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act' shall be construed to refer to and mean the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22.
