§ 22938

A contracting agency that has elected to be subject to this part may elect to cease to be so subject by resolution adopted by a majority vote of its governing body and filed with the board on or before the deadline provided in board regulations, to be effective at the end of the current contract year. Coverage of employees and annuitants of the contracting agency shall also terminate at the end of the current contract year.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22. Effective June 24, 2004.)
