22766. 'Complementary annuitant premium' means the additional amount to be paid by an annuitant whose allowance falls below the premium required to maintain enrollment in the chosen health benefit plan.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22. Effective June 24, 2004.)
