'Exempt employee' means an employee exempt from civil service pursuant to subdivision (a), (c), (f), or (g) of Section 4 of Article VII of the California Constitution, or an exempt employee of the Attorney General or Legislative Counsel appointed pursuant to subdivision (m) of Section 4 of Article VII of the California Constitution.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22.
