22775. 'Family member' means an employee’s or annuitant’s spouse or domestic partner and any child, including an adopted child, a stepchild, or recognized natural child. The board shall, by regulation, prescribe age limits and other conditions and limitations pertaining to children. 'Family member' does not include a former spouse or former domestic partner of an employee or annuitant.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 28, Sec. 2. (SB 98) Effective June 24, 2015.)
