22790. The provisions of this part shall be administered by the board. The members of the board shall receive no salary for performance of their duties and responsibilities under this part, but shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in connection therewith.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22.
