All laws governing the organization, procedures, and administrative duties and responsibilities of the board shall be applicable to the board in its administration of the provisions of this part, to the extent that they are not in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this part.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22.
