§ 22822

22822. No person is eligible for enrollment in a health benefit plan pursuant to this part as a family member if he or she becomes a family member of a surviving spouse of a deceased member of the system after the date of the member’s death.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22.
