22883. (a) Each fund in the State Treasury, other than the General Fund and the Central Service Cost Recovery Fund, shall be charged a fair share of the employer contribution for annuitants in accordance with Article 2 (commencing with Section 11270) of Chapter 3 of Part 1 of Division 3.(b) From each fund in the State Treasury, other than the General Fund and the Central Service Cost Recovery Fund, there is hereby appropriated monthly the employer contribution required under Sections 22870, 22871, and 22885 for all employees whose compensation is paid from that fund.(Amended by Stats. 2008, Ch. 751, Sec. 45. Effective September 30, 2008.)
