§ 22901

22901. Each contracting agency shall contribute to the Public Employees’ Contingency Reserve Fund, an amount sufficient to bear all of the administrative costs incurred by the board in providing to the employees and annuitants of that agency the health benefits provided by this part. The amount of the contributions required by this section shall be determined by the board and may include an appropriate share of overhead costs of the program. A contracting agency shall, in addition, contribute to the fund for each of its employees and annuitants the same amount as is required of the state under paragraph (2) of subdivision (b) of Section 22885.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22.
