§ 22960.55

22960.55. (a) Any person who is an eligible employee on the effective date of the plan, as set forth in the memorandum of understanding, shall become a participant on the effective date of the plan.(b) Any person who becomes an eligible employee after the effective date of the plan shall become a participant on the first day of covered employment.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 820, Sec. 11.
