As used in this title:(a) 'CalAccount Program' means the proposed program described in paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 100104.(b) 'Commission' means the CalAccount Blue Ribbon Commission convened pursuant to Section 100102.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 451, Sec. 3. (AB 1177) Effective January 1, 2022. Conditionally operative pursuant to Section 100106. Repealed as of January 1, 2032, pursuant to Section 100108.)
