23025. In order to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 12101 et seq.) and other applicable federal provisions, a county, whether general law or chartered, which provides any emergency services, is encouraged to provide deaf teletype equipment at a central location within the county to relay requests for such emergency services.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 28, Sec. 27.
