§ 23256.5

At any time prior to the final hearing on the proposed county boundary change, any owners of real property within the territory proposed to be transferred and contiguous to the boundary line thereof, may make a written request, filed with the commission, for exclusion of his property from the territory proposed to be transferred. Such a request shall contain sufficient information to identify the property for which the exclusion is sought.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1393.)
