The clerk of the transferring county shall upon the completion of a canvass of the vote in the territory proposed to be transferred, forward to the board of the transferring county, a certified copy of the results of the canvass, giving the number of votes cast in the territory to be transferred for the proposition and the number of votes cast in the territory proposed to be transferred against the proposition.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1393.)
