The board of supervisors of the county from which territory is transferred shall cause a copy of the resolution adopted pursuant to Section 23281 to be filed with the State Board of Equalization, the Secretary of State, and the board of supervisors of the county accepting the transferred territory.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1393.)
