Where the county accepting territory is located in a different district court of appeals district than the transferring county, the district court of appeals district which includes the transferring county shall retain jurisdiction in all cases pending in a session of such court, within the boundaries of the transferred territory immediately prior to its transfer.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1393.)
