Any action to determine the validity of any change, alteration, or reformation to the boundaries of a county pursuant to this article shall be brought pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 860) of Title 10 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.(Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 699, Sec. 4.3.
