In determining the fiscal impact of the proposed consolidation, the commission shall consider:(a) The cost of providing services in the consolidated county.(b) Projected revenues available to the consolidated county.(c) Projected economics of scale to result from consolidation.(Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1391.)
