Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no special district, which is organized within the affected county or counties and governed by the board of supervisors thereof, shall have its territory divided or in any other way have its organization changed as the result of the establishment of the proposed county except by proceedings taken pursuant to law subsequent to the establishment of the proposed county.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1392.)
