On and after the date of creation of the proposed county, the superior court in the affected county or counties shall retain jurisdiction in all cases pending in a session of such court which is located within the boundaries of the proposed county immediately prior to its creation.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1392.)
