Whenever a charter commission shall be elected, or any such proposed charter or revised charter, or amendment or amendments thereto, or repeal thereof, shall be submitted, at a general election, the general laws applicable to the election of county officers and the submission of propositions to the vote of electors, shall be followed insofar as the same may be applicable.(Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 1264.)
