Prior to the primary election immediately preceding the election of county officers the judges of the superior court shall prescribe the amount in which each member of the board of supervisors shall execute an official bond, before entering upon the discharge of the duties of the office.(Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 149, Sec. 16.
